I bought two of them. I had problems with both of them. I contacted the seller for help. They tried to help but they couldn't resolve the problem. I figured it out myself, I had to bleed some air out of both of them. And then they worked perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchases.

I own several bottle jacks but was doing some work in tight spaces. My old 9" tall bottle jacks couldn't fit.I purchased this and was able to insert it into spaces greater than 4" with ease.While it's only able to lift 2" at a time, I'd lift, put in a brace, set it on a 2" block, then lift another 2". It's very easy to use.After a year I had a little trouble getting pressure and emailed tech support. They got back to me a few hours later, and even created a video showing me how to unscrew the rear cap to add more oil.I was really impressed with their customer service. I would buy from them again.

The customer service is outstanding, I received an identical replacement unit via air freight and it worked very well. My application is to push out a mini-excavator track pin, using the ram along with a jig I built. It seemed a very heavy load as can be seen in the deformation of the bushing in the pics, but there was no leakage and the unit seems ready for the next pin.

Defective right out of the box. Packaging was excellent and item looked great except for a paint chip on the 20T ram.I ordered originally then realized it wouldn't be here in time, canceled that order only to reorder somi received it today.Now will return for a refund and won't get the refund until 14days after receipt, that is very poor and the worst return experience I have had thru Amazon.Update, amazon customer service excellent they assisted me with a timely refund.
