This syrup is very thick . I used it to make a sauce for grilling chicken. It is a tart and flavorful ingredient that add a nice kick to most things I have tried it in. I’m on my second bottle and I think it is going to be a staple in my pantry . I tried it in a cosmopolitan as well and it was fantastic.

Pomegranate molasses is delicious - I love its pure flavor. I actually prefer a brand with no added sugar at all, but unfortunately, it’s not available on Amazon.

Artificial taste
it tasted artificial and very acidic. The citric acid in it gave it a chemical taste that was really unpleasant. I couldn’t eat it, and it even bothered my tongue. This is not the natural flavor I expected!!
