One of the bigger game changers in my stack, up there with Creatine for sure! Not sure if its a placebo but after a few weeks of taking it I do feel like there is a significant difference in my recovery time, for the better, and the servings to price point ratio can't be beat here. Super effective!

Seriously such a great product. I have been taking it for around a month, and I have noticed extreme improvement with my muscle recovery and soreness.
