Muzzle that arrived had a centre head strap, not like as advertised. So basically, what you receive is not what you thought you bought.

So far the dog likes the muzzle because she believes it to be a treat-dispensing device. It's really taking the pressure off me when walking her and knowing she can't grab the neighbourhood cats and smaller dogs. Whew! A load off my mind while we get her behaviour sorted out. If you're wondering whether it's a bad idea to get one, don't be stressed about it - you can always tell people your dog wears it so they won't eat poop, or grab baby bunnies in the spring. And it takes a lot of the pressure off when training a nervous/aggressive/reactive dog if you know they can't go off and get into the sort of trouble that could result in them having to be put down. All dogs are redeemable, it just takes time. The mask is sturdy, but also light and flexible, and the company is great - they sent me a smaller size when I ordered one too large, and they've got helpful tips they send with the mask so that I can set up a great relationship with the dog and muzzle right from the start. I recommend 100%.

This is a safe and comfortable muzzle and that is most important! Very strong, but still flexible as to not be stiff and hard like wire ones that if broken or bent could really hurt and disfigure your dog!! No thank you!! And, for two, young adult, dogs who had never been muzzled before, coaxing them with treats was very simple. There was no sound so if a biscuit was bumping against the side of the muzzle, the dog wasn’t hearing anything as they did with a metal muzzle, and as they We’re learning, in the beginning if their nose was in the muzzle, all the way, they seem to be more comfortable with me and it took less time for me to be able to Close the buckles and secure it. As they were learning, once they realized it was on there they would panic a little bit, but I wasn’t worried about it because it wasn’t going to hurt them. It was definitely not an easy process, but this muzzle made it a lot easier
