The exercises detailed in the book have definite benefits and do have many great benefits,rather a lot of adds for programme but it is what it is.

It's the worst version I've found so far. The author has chopped up the original to such an extent to input her own ideas and even delete much of the original, that one loses all hope of approaching what Kelder set out to achieve. The only original copy I've found so far is the J. W. Watt edition which is a direct like for like copy of the 1946 print. Buy that one. While this one by C. Witt is nothing more than an attempt to line her own pockets. Stay clear.
