My husband have used Brut for years and still love the classic scent. It’s strong, fresh, and lasts all day. Very good price for 3 unit!

My husband is in his 80's and does not work out to the point where he needs a heavy duty antiperspirant. After bathing he just wants something that smells nice. Brut Deodorant fits the bill.If it's a hot, sticky, humid day in our part of the country he can always use an antiperspirant, but why use something with aluminum in it if it's not needed for the day or heavy activity?Also, it's not always easy to find spray deodorant, which is all he wants to use.The three pack is affordable and will last him for almost a year, I'm sure.

This product brought back old HS memories from the 60’s of the similar smelling men’s cologne. It’s fresh and easy to spray from the large cans. They nailed it! Definitely worth it and will reorder @ a very good price!

I have used it for years and it’s hard to find in local stores. All they carry are the small ones and they cost as much as these. Cans last a long time

Giving it four stars because for the price it's a good deal. But it's not the same. Before I could afford more expensive deodorant, antipersperants, aftershaves and Cologne's, Brut is what I wore. This has been around since the 60's and I wore it from about '79 to probably 1990. But this Brut is not the same as the old Brut. My wife liked the odor and said I should order some instead of wearing $150 a bottle spray to go to Wally world. So I bought it, and there is one problem with it. It doesnt have the same odor. As soon as I sprayed it on I could tell this isnt the old Brut. And so could my wife who said "That's not Brut". But it is Brut and I wanted to find out why it didnt smell the same as it used to.In 1964 when Feberge introduced Brut Cologne, Brut in French literally means raw, unrefined or natural. The same as Brut Champagne means dry or unsweetened. Like the Brut Cologne they wanted the name for deoderent, after it was spun off, to suggest raw masculinity, strength and simplicity compared to sweeter, more refined fragrances. So the old Brut was promoted by peple like Cary Grant and Joe Namath and they used pitch lines like "Unapoligetically bold". It was a fougere scent, think classic barbershop smell.Well today Brut could be renamed Fruit as sweet as it smells. I will say that it still smells good. But the old Brut was more "woody". But they reformulated it. Not because they wanted too, but because they had too. That old Babrershop smell came from Oakmoss and Coumarin, that was the "green" signature smell in Brut and you could smell in the old Barbershops when they used it, Starting in the 1990's it was found to cause skin sensitization in higher concentrations so the IFRA began heavily regulating it. And that is where Brut's green, mossy signature came from. Early formulas also used Civet and Musk. So with animal restrictions and skin sensitization and regulating on all they were eventually phased out beteen 1990 and the 2000's and replaced with substitute aroma chemicals. And that is why it no longer smells like it did in the 60's, 70's and 80's. They reformulated to kep the scent profile as close as possible, but it is definitely not the same.Does it still smell good? I say yes but not the same. It has a fruitier odor compared to the old woodier green woodier odor. Good enough Ill still give it four stars, but as Brut goes, this is not even close to the original.
