Honda Front tine tiller is both rugged and easy to use.
I have three gardens that require between the rows tilling, the Honda front tine tiller made easy work out of it. We also used the tiller on grass, my Dad mentioned when I finished, "that's pretty nice".

A lot better than a 2 stroke Mantis
Owned a Mantis 2 stroke, lasted 8 yrs before i had starting problems.Used 20 hrs a season.hated to spend the money for this Honda 110 but glad i did, what a difference. With Mantis you have to walk backwards,Honda has forward turning tines and has more power, easy to start and quiet. It purpose is to cultivate between vegetable garden rows that have already been plowed disced and planted

Great Little Tiller
I seldom write a review. This is the exception. This little tiller is amazing. Light weight, powerful, and if you are looking for a small tiller this is the one. Honda engine, and one pull start.

Small beast
This thing ripped up 5 years of 3ft tall weeds in our old garden beds like nothing. in 15 minutes it looked like the first day we made the garden. It ate thru tons of 1/4 roots and never stopped.Buy it! its awesome

OK for flower beds. It would be hard to ...
We Bought this for my Mom for Mother's day. Her's was stolen from her Garage so we kids all pitched in to buy her another just like the one stolen. She purchased her first one ( Same Model) from a John Deere Dealer It was stronger and could dig better even though it was the same make and model in the 2 years since thing have changed on the new model. It's OK for flower beds. It would be hard to use for bigger jobs like putting in New Garden and Flower beds that you would need to till up for first time and on harder soils. We had to work harder and it took longer. It's easier for women to handle and ok for basic tilling or soil that has been tilled before and is softer soil.
