I just received this phone couple of days ago and I just set it up it is exactly what the seller stated it is an unlocked phone and an excellent condition and it charges to 100% very fast I had no trouble at all setting it up and downloading and installing my apps transferring my data and Technical information and my personal information the phone is very fast pictures and videos are top quality everything works great that said I don't know how others are having problems with their phones in this condition maybe they made a mistake and bought an acceptable condition one or a good condition one and in that case then they should expect some issues this is the third renewed phone I have bought from different sellers and from different websites and whenever I buy them in excellent condition they're always in excellent condition if anything goes wrong with this phone though I will be doing an update but I don't expect it to have any problems

Phone will not accept SIM card or carrier service
Maybe I just got a bad one, but I spent half a day running around to Verizon stores tryin to get the phone to work. The phone was beautiful out of the box no scratches no dents and even had a protector on the screen. Was very pleased with that aspect. Then I began transferring all of my data. Hooked up to wifi then the phone shut off. So I turned it on and began an update. Once my phone was restarted the wifi disconnected, and I noticed I had no cell service.. so then I tried to make a call and send a text and I had 0 service.Took my phone to Verizon and spent 3 hours there. They tried everything they could and they were unable to get it to take the SIM card. They tried eSIM and rebooting the phone etc. They informed me that the phone was LOCKED or had a bad SIM processor. The service rep. Did say sometimes they are blacklisted phones. So all-in-all maybe i got a bad one and the rest are good??? But not very happy at all and wasted a bunch of time and $ driving around for no reason at all 🤔. Couldn't get the phone to hook up to verizon

Acceptable is kinda unacceptable
Got this secondary phone as a backup alongside being a business phone. Holds a charge beautifully, and lasts me multiple days when the brightness is low. Even on high brightness it lasts a whole day. Camera works fine, just like my iPhones camera WAY better, since all the photos just feel either overexposed and vibrant or kinda blurry. BUT It does take good pictures only reason the phone is getting 3 stars is cause it is in full functionality not cause of quality. Finger print scanner, face id, all that is fine and thankfully the phone safely locks. But the condition of which the phone came is…paying anything above 150 is highway robbery, unusable without a case due to how bad of condition it is in, photos i took can’t do it justice, sides had really deep gashes, screen was scratched like someone ran wire brushes over it, back camera look like it has seen a grinder. I have the phone and if works, but part of me honestly thinks i should of returned it and got that OnePlus open.
