Disappointed
Very upset that it broke after first time use ! Very hard to get it apart to change bag ! Won’t recommend it

Hard to open to put wine in!!
Hard to open to put wine in. Takes two people. One to use a tool to compress clips and one to pull on it to open

It's ok
I get it. It's a plastic box to put a plastic bag full of booze in. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and this isn't. However, the plastic the housing is made of is very brittle. One of the tabs on the front to open it was broken when I got it. The other shows the characteristic discoloration of distress from having opened it a single time. I doubt it's going to last long.The interior bag seems fine. Nice thick plastic. Spigot seems to work well.
