REVIEW OF: OONTZ ANGLE 3 ULTRA SUP BLUE COLOR:If you buy ONE speaker for your shower, THIS IS THE ONE!.I listen to mostly rock and pop at max volume and I am a true audiophile.These will NOT disappoint you.I suggest you buy 2 for optimal enjoyment as this allows better stereo separation.PROS:1) excellent battery life - more than 12 hours at MAX volume2) superb sound given its tiny footprint. it is SMALL so the bass will not be palpable, but it is quite adequate in a small enclosed space such as a shower.3) yes it IS waterproof enough to survive the shower.4) AWESOME control buttons, all the functions separate as they should be. Not one button you have to press some magical tough to remember number of times for each task.5) beauty in its design - love the blue one.6) best bluetooth connectivity i have ever seen. it connects fast and STAYS connected.7) easy pairing and you can control both speakers from the master one8) superb value.CONS:1) the bass is a bit lacking, but only if you REALLY like bass:) not even worth losing a half a star over.The sound is so good overall it more than compensates for this inherent shortcoming due to its tiny stature. You simply cannot get earthshaking bass without a large behemoth:)This speaker is a thing of beauty for both eyes and ears. Buy it you will love it.One CAUTION:If you stand this speaker up the long way, it will move around at max volume. Jump off shelves and stuff like that. Lay it down the LONG WAY on its rubber footed side so it stays in one place and will not fall down.SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT:1) make this in more colors and designs - I'd like to see RED and PINK a design similar to the blue /light blue swirl, but with pink swirl on red and red swirl on pink.2) add some cool LED lights that pulse and change color with the music beat.Comparison to the SONY SRSXB33:The Sony has a bit more bass feel to it, but bear in mind that the SONY is about 4 times the size and weight of the OONTZ and more than double the price. Unless you care about the gimmicky lights (yes they are cool) in the SONY, the OONTZ is far superior simply because of the song control buttons which are 3 separate buttons on the OONTZ, rather than one button and a song and dance about how many times to press it on the SONY. The OONTZ also pairs more reliably and easily to the bluetooth host than does the SONY. Overall max volume and music quality is almost identical on the 2 except the bass is fuller on the SONY due to its greater heft. Battery life is FAR SUPERIOR on the OONTZ - lasting at least 12 hours at MAX vs. 4 on the SONY.

This is the fourth one I’ve bought. I keep one in the house so we can listen to YouTube on the phone with excellent sound quality I keep in my rowboat so I can have stereo. which is a huge plus. And I just bought one for my brother for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. Works great on the dashboard when the car radio has nothing to listen to. Perfect for audiobooks and excellent for telephone calls when you really want to hear the caller and they report hearing you loud and clear.

We have three of these. Actually got the blue one so I can tell it apart from the black ones. You can link two of these to play the same channel inside and outside. You should give them unique names in your device so you know which one you are trying to connect to. Great sound and easy to use.

First let me prasise the battery quality:bought may 4 2022have fully charged exactly twiceonce when i first bought itsecond just yesterday, june 12 2022and no i did not use it every day lolactually, i havent used this speaker in over a year since last chargedyet the battery still held a charge a year later!i was tempted to let it go to empty as i was curious how much i had left but decided to fully charge it anywayi sorta wish i had not done so as again am curious how much battery was leftwish it had 5 bar led batterly life indicator so i wouldhve known for surebut still, to holdany amount of charge a year later?i mean it was playing fine for over an hour w/ot showing signs of weakeningjust sat turned off for a year unusuedfor comprarision, iphone 7 plus battery is dead affer a month or sobut that is also nealry a 2016 era basttery (even though its at 94 percent battery health)as for how long oontz battery will last on a full charge? no clue. watch other videos/youtube etc lolcan hear while biking on a busy tourist streeti put it in small backpack that i wear in front (as in on my belly lol)can hear over most traffic minus the loudspeaker blaring cars lolsound quality?ive listened to bose soundlinks of various versions and this IMO is as goodneed to do a direct comparision but i htink it is just about as good for a fraction of the costit is only 1direction output though while bose i think is 360 or twin 1809that doesnt matter to me thoughand this oontz is water resistant while bose lacks any such protection from rainand oontz has 3.5mm jack albeit a finicky one while again bose lacks3.5mm jackit is very finickydepnds on cable connection qualityiseems to only work w supplied cable that i have long ago lostsame issue occurs w the smaller oontz angle solodurability?havnet tested it but watched video where dude drover over it and still worked!water resistance?havent tested it but they claim it has ipx somethingthe rubber flap isnt the most secure / tight fitting so i would not drop it in a toilet lolbut would be fine for wet hands/rainvolume?as noted aboveconclustion?cambridge soundworks used to make good quality sound cards for PC's years ago (might still do dunno) so they know sound and it shows over other similar priced competitorssuch an awesome value and really is about on par w bose soundlink/competitors to bose 200 priceepointsound is of course ver subjective but other reviewers have praised this units soundbtw the Angle Solo is nearly as good just hafl the sizeg8 job CSW

Rugged well made speaker perfect for my iPhone 14 Pro. I use while showering and have on occasion completely soaked it. No problem, it gets a little garbled for minute, shakes the water out and goes back to the clarity it had before. I charge it once every three weeks whether it needs it or not. Nice portable size fits on the rack right next to my shampoo. Well constructed and looks like it will last a long time. Mine came in a nice shade of blue. The sounds is heavier on the mids and treble, but has ok base considering its size. Great value for the price.
