Real nice
This is better than expected. It looks nice in my entryway & sounds wonderful.

Came broken
One of the strings that attaches the gong to the arch was unattached. I cant figure out how to get it in the hole and attach it like the other side is....so my temporary (hopefully) solution is a piece of tape. Besides that issue, it's ok. Its definately light weight, but ok for the price. I just wish I knew how to fix it.

Decent sound, attractive
Item sounds good & didn't arrive damaged BUT packaging had been squashed flat. Sturdier packing would be a good idea.

Waste of money
It was broken and obviously used. The string attaching the gong to the stand, in one side, was completely missing. The hook for the stick appeared to have been pulled out and was not in the box

Great for a fun party detail, but little clangy noise and not too sturdy
It arrived with the rope broken and a large chip missing from the wooden base (which was not in the packaging, meaning it was packed that way not broken in transit). The item itself was great and exactly what we needed, and was delivered on time or early, but I obviously had to repair multiple pieces to use it. I would have simply returned it, but it was for a party and couldn't get a replacement in time or trust it would be whole.
