hi lalarson2107, I don't know what the gpm on this unit is, but I can tell you that even after taking out the low flow sealers it still is not near enough. I bought a filter to go with it, and spent just under $100 for both. I'm biting the bullet so to speak, and going back to lowe's today to get one like I had for over 7 years. I don't like this unit at all, not near enough pressure, and even after a plumber tightened it up, the darn thing drips. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this unit. Sorry.

Q: How sturdy is the clip for the wand? Does it easily break? Does the shower head tend to move when removing and replacing wand?

Two questions here. First regards the durability of the clip. While ours was only installed about two months ago, it seems sturdy. We use it all the time and have not had any worries it will break. The second question involves movement of the head when using the wand. Yes, there CAN be some movement when moving the head. How much it moves - if at all - depends on how tight the connection is when installed, and how you remove the wand. Ours will easily slide in and out without moving the head as long as we move it "east-west" vice "north-south." Hope this answers your questions.

Q: Some people say the pressure is good with both heads on and some people say you can’t use both at the same time. Which is it? Can I use both heads?

The dial has three settings. One for the dense rain affect tiny heads, one for the horizontal more powerful spray heads, and one for the Wand. There is not a setting for both the first one and the wand. This can only be achieved if you turn dial so it is in Between the two spray click settings. If the flow restrictors have been removed, then you might have enough pressure to do this. I have tried it, and it seems to work ok, but just not quite as powerful. BUT, I'm not sure you would get the results you desire, if the flow restrictors have not been removed. I removed the flow restrictors in mine, which was easy, and gives me the pressure I like.

Q: Can I turn on the water for just the handheld and not the shower head?

Yes. Absolutely. You can easily do it with the turn of a button.
