This cinnamon spice tea has LONG been one of my favorite flavor profiles for a recurring delightful cuppa. I just love its taste, its aroma, its silky smoothness going down. And Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea has done a tremendous job blending these essential flavors to capture the best on offer for that homey, memory-triggering aroma among the best teas out there. This taste is an almost addictive guilty pleasure of purely natural sweetness over an uncompromising full-bodied black tea flavor, yet so seductively steeped in its sweet cinnamon orange undergarment. All this wonderful upside to the tea... there is a darker side you probably also want to know about: Cinnamon Orange Oil is a perfectly normal, natural ingredient... totally harmless in its general profile... And yet, over time in particularly large recurring quantities, DOES have the oddly annoying chemical effect of WEAKENING TOOTH ENAMEL. And that, as you might expect, is something you will probably start to notice. and may become a problem. That can mean PHANTOM TOOTHACHES, hot and/or cold SENSITIVITY and some general mouth tingling discomfort which can be really hard to track down until you think about the fact... "Why, yes, indeed... I HAVE BEEN DRINKING A LOT of that cinnamon orange spice tea, and my teeth DO HAVE A TINGLE to them... !!" But do not panic: This is not anything to worry about too much once you become aware... Just slow your roll; drink a bit less of the tea until your teeth feel more normal again. And for many (if not most) casual occasional drinkers of this tea, you'll never notice this side effect at all. So, ENJOY! That said... for the more adventurous "let-me-prove-it-myself" types... if you'd like to experience this effect of cinnamon orange oils tingling through your enamel: Just up your intake to, say 3-5 cups spaced out across your day. Within a week or two , I'm guessing you will start to notice what I'm talking about! I still LOVE THIS TEA, and I am still a REGULAR DRINKER enjoying it immensely, as you can tell from the top part of my review. I am not, however, so much a fan of the ENAMEL TINGLE degradation. So if that creeps into my mouth again, I just taper off to a more sane level when those things start to show up again, and I nip it in the tingly bud and switch to one of my other teas for a while. Still: FIVE STARS for a GREAT TEA!

This is the best tea I have bought! It smells amazing and tastes amazing!

Easily the best cinnamon tea in the market. It had a very sting strong cinnamon flavor with just a hint of sweetness. That being said, the instructions will call for 8oz of water. That ratio makes for an extremely strong tea. The cinnamon in this tea is strong enough that you can easily steep 12–16oz and still have a delightful cinnamon taste. You may need to experiment to find your perfect cup, but once you do, you cannot go wrong with this tea.

Definitely 5 stars! I’m not even a tea drinker, but this tea completely won me over. I bought it for my husband because he specifically requested it, and now I’m the one craving it! The cinnamon spice flavor is absolutely perfect—warm, cozy, and full of flavor without being too strong or overwhelming. It smells incredible while it’s steeping and tastes just as good as it smells. What really surprised me is how naturally sweet and satisfying it is. I usually think tea needs honey or something added to enjoy it, but not this one—there’s truly no need to add anything. It tastes like a comforting treat all on its own. Honestly, when I’m craving something sweet, I’ll make a cup of this instead and it helps curb that craving in the best way. I can totally see why it’s so popular. This has become a staple in our house and we’ll definitely be repurchasing!

DELICIOUS and SUPER CINNAMON-Y! Perfect!

So, I was curious about this tea. I had heard that these kinds of tea bags were more effective when steeping. I was intrigued by the fancy nature of the tea, that it was sweetened by cloves, and that it was supposed to be spicy. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. When it arrived, I was impressed with the style of container, it looked fancy. So, I attempted to open it. It has some sort of adhesive keeping the lid on. I used a flat head screwdriver to slowly open it , starting on one side, then gradually lifting it in a clockwise direction. It’s not likely to open unless you really want it open. I heated up some water, put in a teabag, and let it steep for a few minutes. To my surprise, it really tasted sweet without any sugar added. It also was quite spicy! I found that the sweet seems to go first, so it possibly stays near the top. I made the mistake of letting it steep more than 5 minutes, and it basically became fire water. I’d recommend setting a timer for 5 minutes, since that seems to be the sweet spot. It’s spicy, but not so much that it overpowers the sweet. I also recommend stirring the tea before taking a sip. It seems to ensure that the sweetness is mixed in and doesn’t go away halfway through. I know this is possibly sacrilege, but I found that I really enjoyed the tea mixed with hot cocoa mix. It basically made it into hot, hot cocoa with a cinnamon hint in each sip. It was delightful on those cold winter days. So, should you buy it? If you like spicy things then this is great! If not then you probably shouldn’t get it. If you’re trying to cut back on sugar, then this is a great tea for that. It really tastes sweet, without adding any sugar. The packaging is simultaneously high quality and a pain to open. The tea bags are neat! I recommend trying this style at least once if you like teas. Honestly, this was a bit too spicy for my taste. I don’t plan on buying any more spicy tea. I’m going to finish these off since I bought them. I’m glad to have had the experience. I am hoping to try this company’s other, non-spicy, teas. They seem to be good quality.

I love this tea. It tastes sweet so there's no desire to add honey or sugar. The metal tin is nice for storage and maintaining freshness. It's also a great gift for those who like tea or who are jealous over the smell of yours. I've received many compliments on how it smells and everyone whom I've shared it with has bought some. It has a dark rich color and tastes great hot or cold.

This is the best quality, best tasting tea I have ever had. Flavor is rich and complex. Discovered this tea at a friends house and is now my favorite brand.
