🌬️ Breathe in serenity, breathe out stress!
The Aromatic Salt Premium Ceramic Neti Pot by Into the Scented Garden was thoughtfully designed to make the nasal wash easy and comfortable. Why Use a Neti Pot The inner nose is designed with complex passageways lined with small hairs and hairlike structures and a sticky mucus layer. These structures and their mucus lining warm and cleanse the inhaled air before it enters deeper into the delicate respiratory system. Rinsing the nostrils with warm salted water is a natural and effective traditional practice which cleanses the nostrils of pollen, dirt and excess mucus for comfort, easy breathing, and better sinus drainage. Because the sinuses drain to the upper nostrils, sinus sufferers report that using a neti pot and warm salt water to rinse their nostrils and clear the sinus openings in the upper nostrils can provide relief of symptoms. Allergy suffers use the neti pot to rinse away pollen, dirt, and excess mucus for symptom relief especially during pollen season. First non-plastic nasal rinse
I have year-round seasonal allergies and sometimes it turns into sinusitis. The price of this actually saves me money compared to buying a saline rinse kit every 3 months. The pot is smooth, excellent quality, and is cute to boot. It’s easy to clean and holds 8oz exactly. I don’t put mine into the microwave as other reviewers have had theirs crack, so I use antibacterial dish soap and let it air dry. I’m used to using the squeeze bottle type of rinser, so a gravity method was a little strange to me; I didn’t have as much come out as I expected, but I definitely felt cleaned out and moisturized. It does fit comfortably against the nostril and is easy to use. I recommend and would definitely buy again.

Beautiful Neti Pot w/closed handle for cleanliness!
After first purchasing a neti pot and discovering that the handle was hollow/open to the pot (impossible to clean), I discovered this ceramic neti pot that has a clean, even glaze (unleaded) AND a closed handle. It holds a full cupof salt water and works beautifully! Has help with stuffy nose and throat clearing/mucus. Thank you Into the Scented Garden! To Amazon's credit, even though the first neti pot couldn't be returned, they did credit me its' cost.

It turns out not all neti pots are the same
I've been doing nasal irrigations for many years. I started with the various powered pump products (think Waterpik but for the nose) and eventually settled on a ceramic neti pot. When I broke that, I used a plastic one for a while, but I'm trying to reduce my plastic usage, so I decided to try a ceramic one again. I picked this one because it has a solid handle, and I didn't want to try cleaning a hollow handle.I've been surprised by how much I like this neti pot. The handle is truly solid (there isn't even an indentation in either place where it joins the body). The finish is very smooth and actually repels water, causing it to dry very quickly (which prevents mold). The spout is a nice size and is well-finished, so it fits easily in the nostrils without irritating the skin. Most of all, though, the shape of it causes the water to flow extremely well, without me having to angle my head in all kinds of strange ways. With my previous neti pots, I always had to lean my head far to the side (practically into the sink), which caused a recurring problem with pressure and sharp pains in my left ear. With this one, I just tilt my head slightly, and the water flows right through, exactly the way it should. I highly recommend this neti pot to anyone who does nasal irrigations.Note to the seller: The only thing I didn't like about this order was the single-use plastic in the packaging. The neti pot came in a nice cardboard box that didn't need anything around it, but instead it was wrapped in single-use plastic wrap. Inside the box, the neti pot was cushioned with a piece of plastic-containing foam. You could easily replace that with a paper-based cushioning wrap and lose the plastic outer wrap. Those would be easy changes that would make this product be plastic-free -- helping the environment and appealing to the increasing number of people who are reducing their plastic usage. Please consider making those changes. Thank you!

BEST EVER neti pot!!
After many years of searching, I have finally found my One True Neti Pot!! A couple of things make this The One:1. There is NO hole/opening from the pot into the handle, so there's no possibility of water getting stuck in there and growing mold, bacteria, etc.2. The spout/opening is perfectly sized; it sits nicely against my nostril and forms a tight seal, rather than being too narrow and going way up inside my nose like other brands whose names we shall not mention. (Note: I daresay I have pretty normal-sized nostrils.)I also like that it's ceramic and not plastic, since I guess plastic is evil nowadays? The only way it could be improved is if it came in colors other than this weird greenish-yellow off-white - but still an easy 5 stars from me.

Works well, second quality
I was afraid to use a Neti Pot, but turned to in desperation. After having pneumonia I had constant clear slimy phlegm stuck in my through and could not get it out. I could hardly sleep, as it got worse at night. So I took a friend's suggestion. It has been VERY HELPFUL. But I find the only way to get rid of that phlegm is to hold one nostril closed and try to breath in the water. The water will go down to the back of my throat and I can spit it out. This is an arduous procedure, but it eventually get rid of the phlegm. But it comes back in a few hours. The reason I gave this a 4 star is because the pot is obviously a second - the color had a dark spot and is streaked.

Magic Pot
I have had sinus issues all my life. I am a 63 year old male.. I also have sleep apnea.. I use a CPAP.. I found myself mouth breathing when my sinus would act up.. Tried a bunch of things, over the years.. Then, ran on to someone who suggested these pots.. I read up on the subject and got a good feeling about the idea... So, I set out to find the perfect pot.. This is not easy... But, after a LOT of reading, this one seemed to gain my favor.. So, I ordered it.. Yep, just like people said, it is a quality product, and it is easy to use!!!! Now to be honest, I did not care for the idea of buying the expensive flavored salt to use in it, so I went and got a box of no iodine salt, plus a few gallons of distilled water.. I was in business.... I warmed up 16 ounces of distilled water, poured in 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, mixed it good and got to work.. It takes 8 ounces to fill the pot one time. So, my self treatment is to fill it full, pour all the 8 ounces through my nose, in on the right, out on the left.. Then, I refill with the last of my mix, and I perform the washing action on the left side.. I blow my nose good, I clean my pot with hot water, and I head for bed.. Works great... If you are thinking of trying one of these, this is a good one.. Go for it..
