BIG improvement in comfort vs an expesive Schwinn gel seat prior...as a man...
I recently moved to Utah...and this state and esp where I live, is just awesome for exercise...hiking, biking you name it. I'm an older GUY and I started to take a 10-12 mile bicycle ride every day on a trail (paved) near my home. I am no super athlete..I just wanted to get and keep in better shape so started bicycling almost every day. I was finding...I often wanted to go further but my last seat hurt my a-s so bad..I'd end up turning around and going back home. Not sure how I stumbled on Bikeroo vs a million others, but I did. Many reviews mentioned similarly, SEEMS like a smaller family owned company makes these, and I ended up haha with this women's seat for a man after watching a video by Peter, the supposed owner. He states this seat was made for women but it's so good he ended up using it. Be that true or not...I am not an anatomy expert..BUT seemed this seat was JUST wide enough to be comfortable..yet not huge like some fat a-s seat or like the one for seniors. Has a cut out in the middle and what I don't understand is don't BOTH women and men need some relief down the middle to avoid injury or pressure on THOSE sensitive areas? Anyway..so I don't GET why they say this is a woman's seat?? BUT all I know is it's WAAAAY more comfortable than what I had prior. Maybe I got lucky...the installation in my case literally took less than 2 minutes. I did not need use the extra metal THING with gears...this seat went right onto the seat pole I had and the clamps fit perfectly and no slipping. Took my first ride using this seat and I went another 2 miles further than I could have done just a day ago thanks to the comfort. I suppose if you are a racer...this seat may be a tad too wide or a few ounces too heavy..if you are just a guy or woman who wants to get great exercise..maybe not win a race, to me this seat is awesome! All that said I got the seat on discount in the low $20's. Not sure it's worth the initial $30 something... Also in the packaging I didn't see any indication on where it is made...I suspect China...hope not but ..wish they'd at least mention where it's made. I thought THEY have to list country of origin?? Nope. In any case seems to be of very good quality and VERY comfortable..for a bicycle seat!

Great seat replacement for woman!
I hate normal bike seats, they feel so uncomfortable as a woman. This seat feels so much more comfier, great support for my hips.

Looks Good!
This bicycle seat was very good buy, and to my surprise is nice build quality, comes with a basic installer tool but I used my own 14mm open end wrench with no problem comes with a rain protector as added bonus!

I enjoy riding again because of this seat - review after 1000+ miles
Bottom line, if your butt hurts when you ride, get this seat. If you're getting a little older or a little heavier and riding hurts your butt, even if it didn't used to, buy it. Even if you're a dude.Time was, I could take the bike out for hours without a whit of concern for seat comfort. After decades of the bike collecting dust, and me collecting pounds, I wanted to get out again for fun and exercise. And it was exercise, yes, but not so much fun, because my rides were limited by shooting pains in the old tushy. Right on the sit bones. So I bought this seat, hoping it would allow me to ride for more than an hour without wincing and riding in unnatural positions. And O.M.G. the pain was completely gone. The fun is back. I can go out for long rides again, for hours, in comfort.I was concerned that the width would interfere with peddling, but that's not an issue at all. Was also concerned that the nose might be too wide, but I don't notice it. Even though the geometry is way different than the old road bike seat, this one felt natural right away, with the extra bonus that if I slide way back on it, there's support and I can have a little rest. Was also concerned that it's advertised for women, and I'm not, but it works perfectly well for me.After over 1,000 miles, it's as comfy as on the first ride, and it still looks new.

Great Padding but Hockey Puck Hard "Springs"
Pros: I like the top side of the seat, plenty of firm yet functional padding that actually provides a good amount of cushioning. Looks nice and pretty good quality. Very comfortable for both women, and men!Cons: Bumper car hardness of the rubber bushings on the bottom side. Unlike metal springs, there is essentially no give to them at all which makes them pretty much useless when it comes to absorbing bumps in the road. Not a deal killer, as the topside padding is above average, and not an issue if you're using it on a stationary exercise bike. The seat adds close to 2" of height compared to some seats, which could be an issue if your bike size and leg length have a conflict with that.I like the idea but Bikeroo needs to improve the rubber bushings somehow, or remove them since they're pretty much useless.
