WowWee Baby Shark's Big Show! Bath Sprinkler and Water Toy - Kids Bath Toys (William)

**Addendum: I was loving this item until I received the attached photo from my son. Seems Baby Shark may not be a fan of pool water. Marks were not the result of a fall.** I got this for my 2-year-old grandson who hates bath time and hates to go into the pool. As soon as he saw it was Baby Shark he wanted it out of the package. We were having a party and there was no water available so I filled an oversized bowl with water and took it outside. Grandson was not impressed. The water squirted out of the blowhole and out of the bowl. But wait, Granny got an idea and Mom, Dad, Grandson, and I walked him over to our wading pool and set Baby Shark loose in the water. HUGE SUCCESS!. Grandson was soon in the water splashing and playing. When he saw all his other relatives in the big pool he picked up Baby Shark and told his dad he wanted to join them. Dad told me that Grandson has always resisted pools saying "No Baby Shark". With his parents he went straight into the big pool. I told them I think the problem was previously there was no Baby Shark and so he could not go in. I strongly recommend this toy!

UPDATED: So, I originally loved this item. My little one is obsessed with baby shark songs atm. I bought this item about a month and a half ago now. My little ones only takes a bath every 3 days currently, and we didn't use this for a few weeks after it got delivered. So, I'd say at MOST it was probably used around 10 times. The batteries finally died a few days ago and we went to replace them today and the entire thing was corroded from the battery/water combo. We have may gotten a defective one though because we put it back together and made sure everything was tight and we did find water in it after letting it sit.My little one loves it so much so I'm bummed about it and it's past the return window and I don't really want to spend the money on another one to risk it happening again.

Had a hard time opening the battery pack to place batteries in. Our son loved it, but it sprayed water everywhere outside of the tub. From the looks of the water spout it doesn't look like it will go far, but it does.

It's a gift it's colorful and cuteI think he will love it. Not sure how it works at this time.

Okay so I was worried about ordering this because I had seen many negative reviews saying the toy never worked. The toy does in fact work but you do have to put in your own batteries. Sometimes it does stop sprinkling if something is blocking the front bottom holes where it sucks the water in, to fix it just pick it up, shake the water out and re-submerge it into the water :) it doesn’t have an on off switch so to turn it off just get the water out of the toy and it will stop sprinkling on it own. Over all it’s a cute sprinkler toy for any baby shark fans out there and also super fun bath toy.

I didnt think much of the toy because of the price but put some battery's in and it worked floats around the pool and prays water baby found it amazing
