Suffered with muscle and neck pain for years. Was recommended by an ex paramedic, and I've never looked back. Have tried the gel, spray, and roll on, and prefer the roll on to the rest. You can massage the area with the ball of the roll on as you're applying the liquid, and it does freeze 'burn' a bit but it definitely eases the pain. I never go anywhere without it. The size is so handy you can keep in a handbag or backpack.
