What is the difference between the Witch Hazel Cooling Pad Liners and the Perineal Medicated Witch Hazel Healing Foam? Do you use both simultaneously?

Hi there! The Liner can be placed on the cooling pad and the foam can be placed on top of the liner for extra relief!

Do these have to be used with the ice cold packs or can these be placed over regular post-partum pads?

You can use them on their own over regular pads. First few weeks PP, I layered them with the ice pads and perinal spray and the perinal pads!

How do the cooling pad liners stay in place? Do I have to buy the pads to hold them securely?

I wore them on top of a heavy pad and an ice pack and had no problem with them moving around.
