I installed the camera around a year ago now, and I've been using it everyday since. it provides me great peace of mind to know that all of the crazy things that happen on the road are documented in case of emergency. (although I'm happy to report that I have never needed the camera video for legal reasons 🤞). anyway, the camera has been absolutely Rock solid through thick and thin. I remember it being quite easy to install in my relatively old car, and it's just been totally reliable even in freezing cold and super hot weather. shout out to the people on the engineering team for making something so widely, durable and reliable. that being said, the picture quality is certainly acceptable, although I wouldn't categorize it as anything super high res. for the most part it's enough to capture license plates and that's the main thing I care about. transfer speed isn't great to my phone but you can always just take out the SD card. I appreciate having options. overall good camera 👍 also, I totally recommend doing the install where you hook it into the car power system so it knows to turn off and it automatically pulls the power from the relay.

We purchased the F7N Redtiger camera about 18 months ago and it has now paid for itself 100x over when it provided evidence to the police and insurance that my wife was not the one at fault in an accident that totaled her vehicle and the other party lied to the police. My wife was going to get the ticket after the officer talked to the other party first, but she was able to show the officer the cam video and they reversed course and issued the ticket to the other party. Then the other party lied to their insurance, but after providing the video to their insurance, the adjuster immediately accepted 100% responsibility. Easy to install and with clearly written English instructions. Great suction cup with integrated GPS antenna makes installation a breeze. Cam will slide off mount if you want to hide it while parked without removing the entire mount. Crystal clear video, front at 4k and back at 2k, produce high resolution video where you can read license plates and even identify who was driving another vehicle. Even more importantly, it has a good app that you can use to directly download video from the cam without pulling the card and taking it to a computer. Just in case you are in an accident, you can instantly download the relevant video to your phone and show to Law Enforcement and e-mail to your insurance company. This is hugely important so a ticket can be issued to the at-fault party on scene as my wife did. If you can't show the officer when writing the report, they may issue the ticket to the wrong party or no one if they can't figure out who was at fault. If this happens, it's a long up-hill battle to get the other party's insurance to pay out and the police will never cancel an incorrectly issued ticket, so it forces you to go to court to defend yourself. If you are in a serious accident (if anyone goes to the hospital, it's serious), the officer may confiscate the SD card or even the whole camera for evidence. You may not get it back for weeks or even months. Sometimes they get lost an then you have nothing. Have a copy safely on your phone so you can give it to your insurance company and lawyer immediately! Buy the REDTIGER F7N Dash Cam Hardwire Kit to go with it if you want 24/7 monitoring without killing your car battery. Never wonder who backed into you in a parking lot or keyed your car if it happens to you. Some things that set Redtiger apart from the others: They actually have tech support. We had an issue with one camera not liking our SD card and contacted support to see if we had a bum Cam or bad setting as the issue was intermittent. Turns out it was just a faulty card after running a write test on the computer. Not a big issue as SD cards are cheap, but good to know that if you have an issue that Redtiger does support what they sell. Software updates. We've owned the F7N for about 18 months and have received software updates to improve functionality. The cam was great when we got it and even better now with new features added. Proof in the pudding: We liked our F7N so much we just bought another Redtiger cam, a F7N Touch, for a new (to us) vehicle and it's great too. Note: I wasn't paid for this review nor given a demo unit or anything else. I'm only a satisfied customer that is enjoying the premium quality and features at a great price vs the big-name competitors and their high prices.

For the price, this camera is a great piece that will definitely get you out of a bind when needed. However, there are just a few things that hold it back from being worth five stars. Pros: -Exceptional video quality -- Very clear with good frames, night vision is solid enough to read plates in front of my low beams -Easy Install -- Suction cup is no-nonsense and easy to adjust. It comes with a little sticky adhesive circle for additional grip, but I haven't needed it because the suction cup is so strong. Cables are plenty long (maybe even a little TOO long for smaller cars, but that's a good problem to have), and the rear cam setup is just as easy as the front. -Profile -- Cam itself is easy to hide behind the rearview, and for the most part is completely out of my FOV when driving. Cons (mostly personal preference): -Incident Recording -- As far as I can tell, there is not an "incident" button on this camera. The video is constantly loop recording, and if you want to pull footage of an incident, you have to scroll through every single chunk of video to find the rough timestamp, then download the specific loop that contains said incident. This camera would be WAY better if it had an incident button that saved the clip to separate storage (y'know... like every other dashcam on the market does). -Phone Connection -- After downloading the app, instructions to download video from the camera are: 1.) turn the camera's wifi on either by scrolling to find it, or long pressing one of the right-side buttons 2.) Make sure your phone's wifi is enabled, but bluetooth is turned OFF (it will NOT connect otherwise) 3.) Select camera > playback > and then from here, scroll through all the video to download. Maybe I'm just being picky but this doesn't seem like a great setup QoL-wise. -Power Cable -- Cable is plenty long, but it's a hardwired cigarette power plug, with a single USB port on the front. If you wanted to use a cigarette lighter port to power this, I think you're better off getting an adapter with multiple ports and then a separate cable. All in all, it's ten thousand times better than not having a camera at all. For the price, its a good buy, but I'll probably swap out to something different soon.

لقد قمت بتجربة الكاميرا بصراحه جودة تصوير عاليه وواضحه وايضا يسجل الفيديو مع الصوت مع خاصية إلغاء الضوضاء للأمانه بدون مجامله المنتج ممتاز ويعتبر من فئة الداش المتوسط المقارب للفئه العاليه يعني بالعربي اشتري المنتج وانت مرتاح البال ولو في شي في المنتج ما ناسبك تقدر ترجعه وتأخذ فلوسك بالنسبه لي المنتج عجبني من حيث ازدواجية الكاميرات ايضا عجبني من حيث جودة التصوير UHD طبعا أقوى كاميرا داش كام تأتي بخاصية HDR وتلقاها اقل شي ب ٩٠٠ ريال فأكثر ولكن كاميرا الداش هذه اللتي اشتريها قد تصل تقريبا في جودة تصويرها ووضوحها إلى فئة HDR . ارجوا ان يكون شرحي واضحا وتعليقي جيدا

Me la compré justo antes de ir de viaje y fui capaz de instalarla en menos de 30 minutos. Si pones el video de alta calidad los videos pesan al rededor de 1GB, eso se apaña facil con una micro SD de 256GB o más. La calidad es buena pero no es 4k, no expectes ver una matricula a 100m de distancia de tí. Por las noches la camara frontal tiene el modo "noche" y se ve bastante bien, la trasera no vi que tuviera esta función. Muy contento con la camara!
