I have had a pinched nerve in my neck for many years. I had a neck traction kit but I recently moved and could not find the apparatus when over the past couple weeks I experienced growing pain in the left shoulder and arm. Received a new kit this afternoon and immediately put it to use.While not back to normal improvement definitely noted

I sent this back, since I had to google how long to use etc (did NOT come with any institutions on using, other than filling bottle with water and assembling neck harness). I fortunately found out that if you have TMJ, you should NOT use this device. Sent it back without any hassle, and ordered an inflatable pillow neck traction device that is very effective. So use caution if you have TMJ. Gave 3 stars since they returned/refunded with no hassle.

Works great. Used 10 pounds of weight and 20 minute traction sessions!

Tried so hard to like this but finally gave up. It is cumbersome to set up and worse to try to use. Even with a second person to help get it on properly (many times), it just doesn't do the job as I expected. In addition, the fit of the head piece is not good. Even though it can be adjusted it never seemed quite right.

Ordered this for my MIL as requested by her doctor she was able to use it some, but I don’t think it was really what she needed her issue ended up being something more.
