Glowy skin
I liked this brand of True E. I'm always on the lookout for good quality and value supplements. Mild taste, ez to swallow caps. If anthing, I noticed my skin improved, glowy after completing the bottle, its subtle. I take care of my skin and try to eat right so my skin is good to begin with. I also use vit E directly on my skin daily.

Seems to be good quality...
Only problem is when I got the bottle and opened it up for the firs time, all the softgels were stuck to each other. Hopefully it was a one-off. Am ordering a second bottle now. But I had a heck of a time pulling them apart and some of capsules ruptured in the process of pulling them apart and got the messy red oil all over my hands.

Used this now over a month . Think it’s helping bringing down my BP a little. My family has bin known to have hardening of the arteries so I’m doing what I can with diet and nutrition . I eat a lot of veggies but I think I need a little boost and that’s why I take this

Great vitamin E product. I purchase this to help with my hair loss and hot flashes and it has worked wonders. My thinning hair has filled in with a lot of new growth. I had read some research about tocotreniols and hair growth. I'm very happy with this product.

Always on time!
I have been taking these for a few months now. I haven't had any blood work done in order to tell if they are doing anything for me, I don't notice anything different, so I don't know if they are even being absorbed. While I take them every day, I'm also not putting a good diet into place yet, so they've got years of bad diets and damage to overcome. I will give an update as soon as I get everything into place.
