Worth it.
My packaging came in completely secure and undamaged. Having the extra crystals was nice in case any were damaged. Only downside side for me was that I wish it came down lower since I have higher ceilings but it’s still beautiful. Two professional contractors were able to put it up without much fuss. Getting the strings (to make the lights exactly level) or just right was trickier.

Need more brighter
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install by yourself. So beautiful, but I rather the light a little bit more brighter. It will be perfect. Still love it

DO NOT BUY
I bought the light on Oct 21 2023 and the chandelier stopped working by Aug of 2024. I would not buy this product again and would like to warn future buyers. I expect to get a refund for this worthless item.

Just as pictured

Damaged and rusty
I was in the process of building my new home. I ordered this chandelier and stored it properly. Upon time to install it was broken and rusty. I had only opened the box upon receiving but had not removed the plastic film so I was unable to return it. Also the app does not work properly to change colors or dim. So I wasted my money. Do not buy it’s crap.
