It’s a nice saw for the price (lower end) and cuts nice and clean. I purchased this as an Amazon Warehouse return and it works fine but the box shows it with a household 240v UK plug on it which isn’t the case as it’s got the 110v trade plug on it (see photos) which needs a transformer unit to work and reduce voltage for safety on sites. I’m just using it at home so a normal plug would’ve saved me some hassle and once I purchased the transformer (around £50) I didn’t really save any money on the price of a new 240v model. It’s loosing a star ⭐️ for that reason, the box is misleading showing the incorrect plug. Other than that it’s a great little saw for cutting wood, says you can cut other stuff too but haven’t tried it on metal etc. Get a saw with 240v plug unless you’re trade or already have an expensive transformer.

Good saw, used it a lot on metal. My only real issue with it is the blade size is a hard to find in local hardware places. The stick blade dulls after a short while on steel, still good for wood.

I read some very good reviews of the R210 mitre saw but was a little disapointed by some of the design. There's only 1 holding bracket on the left though that can be moved to the right hand side but then it's in the way of the motor. The power button is easily pressed by accident even if you;re just releasing the safety catch that releases the blade cover (the orange bit just under the hand) which seems a bit unsafe – I am a complete novis with a mitre saw so i gues I'll get used to it. The set-up instructions are also wanting. This price range is obviously directed towards someone like me yet the instructinos state that it should only be used by an experieced user, huh! What experieced user is only going to pay £60 for a pro kit? I hoped for a bit more from a British company.
