Are these compatible with t-lock systainers? the pictures don't show a tab for t-locks on either side.

They stack on them, it has clips for the first gen systainer. It does not have t loc m mounting points

Yes it’s the same item. I am sure the price is intentional.

does the handle fold? i.e. can this *not* be the top box in the stack? / can you stack 2 of these on top of each other?

It does not fold. The bottom of the box has a recess down the middle, so you can stack multiple. You can’t put other systainers/makpaks on top of it, however.
