I originally bought these to see if they would help with energy levels, anti-inflammatory properties etc. but also discovered that they are helping with my appetite. These weren't advertised as such but I definitely noticed a difference and have actually dropped some weight since being on them. These also seem to be helping with bloating so I'll continue to use. As for energy level and pain- I didn't notice much of a difference but I also have above the normal amount of pain on a daily, my energy levels flux depending on what's happening each day so it's difficult to judge if these do anything.

In 3 weeks time my platelets went from 36,000 to 92,000. I wasn't even on a strict schedule so I did miss some doses. Some days I only took 1 and some days I took 2 after lunch. Im sold- this works for me!
