Perfect
I love how quickly it dries. I am able to put a few layers on in 5 minutes and it dries so fast. The best part is that it doesn't make my skin feels like other popular nail polishes.

Best base coat I've tried!
I'm really happy with this base coat's performance. My polish stays a lot better when I wear color, but usually I do chrome powder and top coat over this. I'm pretty hard on my nails and I still get 2, sometimes 3 weeks before the edges start chipping , so I'm thrilled! It works well with my OPI colors too. I will continue to buy this and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants their manicure to last longer.

It stays put
I’ve been using this brand for a while and also Essie First Base. Recently I tried out Essie Here to stay. Out of the 3 polishes, this one stayed on through countless hand washes and constant scrubbing and cleaning. The Essie ones wear off after a few days at most. I also recently started using ILNP gel nail polishes. For some reason when I used the Here to Stay as a base coat, the entire top nail polish coat just rips off after a few days, with the base coat still intact. With Zoya, I haven’t had that issue. After cleaning and scrubbing all day for Thanksgiving, my nail polish hardly chipped, even after about 4 days. In comparison to the OPI base coat, I feel like Zoya dries a bit faster.

My favorite basecoat!
I've been sold on Zoya for several years now. They were the first to introduce me to 3-Free polishes (and now up to 10-Free) and I haven't looked back at the regular toxic stuff since. Quite awhile ago I bought a little sampler set of Zoya's Color-Lock System and I loved the base and topcoats so much that I ran out. Knowing I wanted the best basecoat that I could get for a reasonable price I went looking for a full size bottle of Anchor. This was the product I found and I've been thrilled to have a nice full size bottle to use. Great with Zoya colors and I've even used it with inexpensive Sinful Colors Polishes, and, I think some OPI minis that I have. If you are looking for a healthier option I highly recommend Zoya's products!

Love the product, NOT the ship time.
Update: Still LOVE this product but ship time is 2 to 4 WEEKS???? SERIOUSLY??? Took off a star for that BS!!😑The photo I posted is of my nails at 2 weeks out. They're starting to look a mess but still not bad for 14 days & why I waited until now to post this review. That's why I love this stuff. It's called anchor & that is what it does. My polish never flakes or chips & I also use their top coat with it. Now I cook & clean etc, but I take care to wear glove doing almost everything, even in the shower. Thus isn't gel, there's no curing so water WILL affect it but if you look after your hands/nails it WILL last!!What I don't like (or understand) is WHY it took like a month to get here???? The top coat was here in like 3 days, this...idk what happened but it pissed me off.😠I also buy on their website when I need multiple colors but if I need just one I look here first so I don't pay shipping on one damn bottle. I got a notice from their site that they're raising their prices so I guess no more $10/bottle...?🤷🏽♀️

Finally, something that works!
This base is SO GOOD. I've had a really hard time finding the right base and top coats to make my manicures last longer than 2-3 days without peeling and chipping. Y'all, I had a mani on for 9 days with this Zoya anchor base, Black Dahlia color "Pharaoh", and Zoya Armor topcoat. I could have gone longer, even, but I wanted to change it up. Usually, my manicures are peeling off in full sheets after 3 days. I do everything right: remove excess cuticle with a remover, dehydrate my nail beds, lightly buff, paint carefully and use a cleanup brush, and use gloves when I clean or wash dishes. I cannot recommend Zoya Anchor more!
