This is a fantastic product. I use a flat iron everyday and when my old one stopped working, I was searching all over for a decent replacement. I saw this one and it sounded good but was a little apprehensive since some reviewers said they loved it and others said it stopped working. I am so glad I ordered it because, so far, for the past month it has been great. My hair is also not as staticky and dry as it was before with my old flat iron. It flattens and smooths my hair very well, I like how my hair looks everyday when I'm done. The size is great too because it's not as skinny as a lot of flat irons. It works well and worth the price since the quality and result is wonderful. I would not have taken the time to write a review if I didn't love it.

This product was shipped in a Amazon bag and when received the bag was opened and box was partially opened. Although this was in a box from manufacturer it was an expensive item and I expected it to be shipped in a Amazon box. As a result it wouldn’t even turn on! Disappointed. As a result I won’t be reordering and will buy from a different vendor.
