Happened upon this while Christmas shopping. I have a major Golden Girls fan in the family and we always get her GG stuff. This made me laugh because it's so ridiculous. She got a kick out of it too, and stated that it won't be getting used, it will be more of a 'show piece' set... which is fine.Couple of practical notes....1- it's kind of silly that the faces are printed the direction that they are... if they were the other way around you could see them properly if you wanted to hang them by the holes in the handles.2 - I don't know how well the faces would stay on the spoon set after being washed and scrubbed a few times.3 - about the apron, I guess I didn't read the description - and even going back now, there is no mention of this, but the apron is waterproof because it is vinal, not material, vinal! Slightly better than plastic, I guess, but I was a little disappointed in that.Overall, kind of expensive for a 'gag gift', as the only items that most people would probably even use are the potholder, oven mitt, and magnets. But it will still put a smile on the face of your Golden Girls fan, so I guess that is worth it.
