These are very nice. Soft and the right size . Loved the colors. And the grip and strength is excellent.

These are best for larger hands. I gave them to my husband because I have small hands and I was allergic to them. They are wonderful for after surgery hand therapy. Thank you.

I purchased these to increase my hand strength after surgery. I like the size and shape of these. They have a coating on them that’s soft and squishy. They seem to be well made and will be durable. There are three different ones for three levels. The only thing I wished they said on them was the resistance of each one.There is nothing in them.

These balls assisted healing for me following a wrist procedure. They worked following exercises I learned in physical therapy and online resources. Rolling them in my hand initially was difficult yet after using them daily for several weeks, my fingers and wrist felt significant improvement. Now I use them daily as a coping tool for my hyperactivity when working. They are durable and not sticky like I imagined. They are a multipurpose product that I suggest for anyone interested in less expensive items with more than just one use.

I got these thinking the different levels of resistance would be a perfect way to split them up between my mom and I, but the green is a bit too hard. Purple feels like it barely has any give, so the jump from 15 to 25kg seems odd. I wish they were 20, 25, and 30kg. Secondly the sizes: I got this set liking the colors most, but apparently they have different sizes if you choose different color sets... That's not mentioned in the description anywhere! The pictures are just photoshopped to include the different colors too, so there's no visual difference to see when browsing.Bottom line: they aren't bad, but I probably should have just gotten a three pack of the same level resistance from another store.

Using these to strengthen my grip. As a swimmer, I am aware that even hand strength can affect performance. The 3 different strengths provide a good range for me - I'm 70. I like the easy access, too, and no metal parts to contend with. They have no odor at all.

I really like this product a lot!! I like how pretty the eggs. I also like how easy the eggs are to squeeze. They are not to firm or to squishy. I really like the little plastic bag that they come in because it is really creative, cute and functional. You can use these ages anywhere, or anytime. They are light and easy to transport for any event, time or ovation.

Good exercise for stiff hands.
