Great book for teens who struggle to see the beauty in themselves. My daughter doesn’t like to read. These chapters are short. I told her she would read a chapter each day. I only had to insist her to read the first. After that she read it on her own. It was very helpful for her but still to early to see long term results.

This is for ADULTS to complete WITH their kids. This material applies to YOU! THEN teach/show/do with your kids.

I do like the content in this book, but the title is not helpful for the child, teen or even adult, who might benefit. No one picks up a book or is inspired to read something that assumes the person doesn't like themself. It sits on my bookshelf taking up space although I have suggested a few of the ideas to my grandchild.

My 14 y/o daughter is enjoying this book immensely and often reads out sections that she finds really hits home with her. She highly recommends this book to any teen who is struggling with self doubt and confidence.

Practical Everything. Actually read too

This book litteraly changed my life. I am an anxious person and with this book I discovered why. Now that I listen to my inner voice instead of my bully voice, my live is much better. :)
