Aromatic Cocktail Bitters - 10 Ounce Bottle

Peychaud's is a licorice-forward bitters, and an essential ingredient in the classic New Orleans cocktail, the Sazerac. I also like it in an Old Fashioned cocktail. Heck, Peychaud's bitters are so good at settling an upset stomach, sometimes I'll just have a small glass of water with Paychaud's.

Whatever drink I add this too, it is very positively enhanced! A bit pricey (as most bitters tend to be) and getting very difficult (read impossible!) to find in the northern Milwaukee towns and suburbs so be sure to order ahead from your favorite online provider. Started using it about 3 years ago in place of Angorasta brand and really liked it!!! Slightly orangish and slightly sweeter taste than Angorasta so can be used in MANY drinks.

Classic, around for 150 years for a reason. I make Italian bitter sodas using these bitters with excellent results. Reasonable price, when you consider a little goes a long way. I guess it’s not just for Sanaracs!
