Excellent value and greatly improved the look of my aging click clack futon. Washable and just what I needed! My futon is on the smaller side so I just tuck more into the crease where it folds. It would fit a larger one also. Has some kind of rubbery material on the inside edges so it doesn't slip. Ribbed texture makes it look great. Easy to put on! No weird smell whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Do not bother its to small and will bearly fit your futon if its in sofa mode have to remove it to put it in bed mode whats the point do not get would give 0 stars if it was a option

First the good:It looks nice, is a good quality fabric, fits our futon and liquid does pool up on the surface making for easy clean-up IF you notice it quickly. (We got it because one of our cats keeps peeing on her "territory" which happens to be the futon and sofa). So far it has protected our futon from getting soiled.Now the not-so-good:If our cat pees on it and we notice it relatively quickly, it is easy to clean by just wiping up the puddle. However, our sneaky cat likes to be more stealthy and do her territorial pissing in the overnight hours. By the time I sit on the futon in the morning or mid-afternoon, I can't see a stain or puddle, but I can sometimes tell she's peed on it because I can smell it. So once the stain soaks in, it's not visible on the surface. Still, the futon is safe and unmarked, so from that standpoint it works as expected I guess.The cover is machine-washable. Nice, except when I washed it by itself, it retains enough water in the wash cycle that it's going to take FOREVER to dry. Like it's held more water than the Hoover Dam. Maybe it's just our old washer and dryer, but I thought it's worth pointing out.Despite my annoyances, I'd probably buy again anyway. It's better quality (and looks better) than anything else we've tried so far.
