I have only used this steamer once but I am impressed. It seems to be well built and the baskets are solid. I cooked frozen veg, carrots, broad beans and green beans in a single basket using the veg preset program. The digital LED is of a good size which makes it easy to read and the reminder is easily heard. The steamer started to produce steam quickly and after the 25mins had elapsed the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The baskets, cover and drip tray are easy to clean and as the baskets stack inside each other are easy to store. I expect to cook many meals with this steamer.

The baskets are very strong unlike the clear plastic ones seen on other steamers.They are bulletproof and can go in dishwasher.Perhaps you can't see clearly through them they fit perfectly around the steamer.We are very happy with it, and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Ordered after a friend recommended. Have only used it for eggs, veg and rice so far - but for the first time I’ve been able to cook rice properly! Veg has been perfect and full of flavor. Easy to use and to clean.

Brilliant product. Heats up quickly and steams food very well. Only downside is that it doesnt come with a dish for rice. Bit silly considering is states that rice can be steamed in it. Not sure how with the proper container for it. Fortunately i have the rice container from a previous RH steamer that comes with it as standard

I liked the look of the steamer but the steam comes out the top and drips into the display and twice now I have had an electric shock from the appliance but I do f have the packaging now
