Got this to connect to Apple CarPlay after a week of use it won’t stay connected for more than 10 seconds!

I've only used this cable for charging an iPhone 6 from a 5000mAh battery which it does without issue. Because its thinner in the middle it seems to cope with offset charging ports no problem when I stack the portable battery onto the back of the phone. As with the other cables of this type from Cable Creation once you bend the cable in one direction enough to give it a residual curvature avoid bending it back in the other direction and it should last for many years. The usb-c cables I have are over two years old and still working fine.
