Q: What is the difference between the spray and the foam?

I do not know chemically but the spray is easier to apply.

Q: Does this work the same as the uti wipes from the upack?

I do not know as I have not used them. My urologist told me to take these wipes and I have done so and am satisfied.

Q: What scent? Another site lists as lavender? My dr prescribed reg purple pkg for use the night before & morn of surgery, can use to wash hair too?

Thanks for your question. I don't know that it will work great for hair. You might try a dry shampoo, then final wipe down with Protect towel. The scent is lavender. Regards, Avadim Customer Care Team

Thanks for your question. They are bathing wipes and can be used as a supplement between bathing, spot clean up, etc. I use them when I can't get to a bath or shower.
