Actually impressed by the sound, fits comfortably, good for office use, bad packaging
I was actually impressed by these headphones. It is fairly compact and light in weight. They are comfortable for long day wear. I could wear these for customer service work for several hours without much issue. I really enjoy having these as they are light and comfortable to wear. The design is sturdy and very simple. It is on your ears rather than in your ear. Do not be too aggressive with these can break or snap from constant movement. The headband is not too thin where you have to worry but do not overdo it. It is a simple black color and has a pretty reflective coating on it. In terms of sound, the sound is pretty clear and it works well for what I need it to do. The nice thing I like about this is that unlike most phone call headphones this one actually comes with both ear pieces which is nice. I am able to get sound in both ears but these are not noise cancelling so be aware of that. It uses a wired connection so I cannot move around with these headphones on. This is easy to connect to my laptop which is nice. It automatically connects when I open my laptop which is a plus for me. The headphones stay connected pretty well and without issue. The user on the other end can hear me clearly. The ear piece is pretty comfortable. The padding does allow for a little bit of surrounding noise to come through so it is not sound proof. It does not surround your ear like gaming headphones. It is fairly comfortable headset and it can be adjusted accordingly. For the most part, it is a fairly light headset. It does not fit too tightly and remains stable on my head without issue. This product has simple black and it is made of decent material to last longer. It is a bit sweat absorbent though. The microphone is pretty decent. It does not pick up very much surrounding noise which is nice. There are no external wind guard for the microphone. The controls on the wire are pretty simple. You can mute or increase the volume. Overall I think this product is a great thing to have for taking calls and such. It is wired but the wire is durable so you do not have to worry about fraying.

Worked for one week then stopped.
I was using this headset for work and my customers couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them, had to switch back to my 20$ headset.

Fantastic for my work calls
I work from home a lot, I’m hybrid so have to have good way on communizing with my team on different calls and conferences. This headset is perfect and very comfortable, after 2 hour meeting I wasn’t tired from it and it was perfectly clear sound and everyone heard me really well. Thank you to this headset for having red light on the mute button, I always have an anxiety about mute button because don’t want to be that person that has background noise in big conference calls, this is fantastic! Plus volume buttons right there perfect for adjusting quickly as sounds are always different depending on platform I’m using. Really great headset for work, very useful and practical.

They're more impressive than meets the eyes
As a lot of folks during this pandemic my business has been relegated to being conducted largely online, often through video zoom chats. This can be tricky living in a loud city & with a particularly vocal cat trying to thwart me at every turn. I already had a pair of headsets before these, but I found them not to be the best at noise cancelling background din or feline bellyaching & the discomfort of them I had accepted as an unfortunate, but in these times, unavoidable reality. These Dell headsets did not look like the fancier fatter models that I knew to be expert at noise cancelling- take Dre beats for instance, those are thick- so I did not have high expectations when I ordered these skinny looking ones. Well, my superficial judgement was soundly thwarted, these were better than they had the right to be. They are extremely comfortable & way lighter than my old ones. The noise quality has by a large margin improved, I am told on both ends. I highly recommend this product, I cannot emphasize enough how much they have improved my daily meetings.

better than expected
The first impression out of the brown box was a bit underwhelming but truly me its performance is way better than how it looks!I own many fancy looking, shiny headphones (started trying out a lot of them since I had to work at home during Covid), and I requested this as a sort of backup headphone. But it's comfortable even after wearing for several hours, and the overall quality including performance is great considering it's rather low price compared to many other I own.I've tested this one many times over the last 6 months, and I would say I can confidently recommend this based on its outstanding cost performance !

Much more comfortable than my previous headset
I’ve been working from home since before 2020. In that time I have tried several different types of options for taking calls and talking to people for video conferences. My situation is a little different than most…I have the tragus in both ears pierced. This tends to mean that I put ALL of my calls on speaker phone when they come through my cell. It is uncomfortable for me to put my cell phone up to my ear. Any headset that I have tried that has flat ear pads has been a rapid failure. I also can’t use ANY earbuds. With earbuds…I either can’t get them to stay or they just hurt way too much.Over the ear headsets have been just as much of a pain. The huge ones that are really thick also seem to eliminate airflow…creating hot, sweaty, and just gross feeling ears. This is much better. It’s very basic. It doesn’t have anything that you don’t actually need. It’s lightweight. Reasonably comfortable. It cancels out the sound of my cat…but it doesn’t really touch the sound if my dogs start barking. I didn’t really expect it to do anything with that though…my dogs are both over 100 pounds with LOUD and super powerful barks. I’m not really going to be mad that it doesn’t cancel that.Honestly, the only thing that has me a little befuddled is the price. As nice as these are…I would expect them to be closer to $50, but my pricing standards are probably a bit off these days.
