I used it to remove my makeup and it not only worked good gently cleansing but left my skin super hydrated and looking amazing. I bought this to remove my makeup before washing with my face wash. It removes all traces of make up including mascara. It’s very gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin. It leaves my skin very soft and supple feeling. My son uses it to remove his eye black after his lacrosse games. It removes it with ease. The jar is large and will last a long time since you only need a small amount. There’s no fragrance. The price point is outstanding.

I wanted to love this. It’s so cheap! And fragrance free which is rare. It does work very well at getting makeup off and being very non irritating. But it’s soooo greasy. I have to wash my hands with soap twice after I use it. It’s just annoying for me to use so I returned, but it does work as advertised!

No struggling, tugging, rubbing hard. Albolene breaks down waterproof mascara, melting it down, not flaking it off. I don't have trouble with little pieces falling into my eye as I'm using the salve-like consistency to rub it gentle across my eye lashes, on my eyelids, and under, breaking down thin eyeliner, keeping it out of my eyes. I've been using this product for at least 35 years. A hospital nurse turned me onto it, and I've bought nothing else since.

I found about this product on tiktok and boy and Im thrilled I did! I have super sensitive and dry skin. And this is gentle but tough enough to remove my makeup after 8+ hour shift of chasing preschoolers all day. It doesn't burn my eyes or my problematic areas like my nose and chin were is tends to always get irritated no matter the lotions I used to hydrated it. This has actually improved those areas! It is no longer angry red and I could go bare face without having to slap lotion/creams through the day. I now also use it as an overnight cream to go to bed with. No more dry spots under my eyebrows or around my nose and chin area. And since this thing is so huge, it's going to last me long time before I hit the bottom of the jar. Very happy with this purchase.

Where has this been my whole life??? I am 38 years old and have tried expensive skincare and not so expensive skin care. This is amazing! It takes off all my makeup and leaves my skin so moisturized! I’m prone to zits and I have not had any breakouts from it. My skin is also sensitive but this does not make it burn or sting. There is no scent which I also love! It’s basically like slathering Vaseline all over your face but I never realized how amazing that could be. My skin feels better than it did in my 20s!
