Every year we find a different puzzle for our adult kids Christmas money, and this one is definitely going to challenge them!....will be fun to watch!Ordered 10 of them and all opened just fine once you figure it out (Spoiler alert there are several videos on you tube showing you how to open this puzzle).One bit of advice, don’t take the red stripe tape off as it hides the ends that open!

I could not open puzzle. I tried for quite a while yesterday & today. I’m not satisfied with this product. I buy puzzles every Christmas & this is the worse one yet. I purchased 6 sets for my grandchildren & I would like to return 5. I’ll keep the one I’ve tried to open. As the kids say - this puzzle sucks.

It was very frustrating trying to figure it out but once you have it, it is really easy! You are going to think it was glued shut but it really is not! I love it when I can do it and others try and they swear it is glued until I do it and they are amazed but still have a hard time bc I do it fast so they don't really see how I did it. Once i slowly show them, then they get it.

I was having fun with this, demonstrating it and then giving it to someone watching them struggle, and then I couldn't open it anymore, no matter how hard I tried, I even cracked a corner. Eventually I was able to get it apart. There is a single, hidden hole that a small screwdriver will fit in by one of the corners. insert the screwdriver and pull gently, it will eventually pop free.If you flip the box before inserting the tray, you will notice more resistance as you try to close it. If you force it closed, it will be stuck and you won't be able to open it with just your fingers. If you get any resistance trying to close it, then its probably upside down.

It came on time in good condition as promised. I did have a hard time opening it for the first time, even with the instructions. After the first time, it was easy. The grandkids had fun trying to get it open to get the money out of it. It was ok, but I would buy a different type of puzzle next time.

I had to return it. I gave it a good review as it was well made and a very nice little puzzle. It was my mistake that I didn't read the description well as I wanted it for a gift card. It is too small for that. Strictly for cash. So don make the same mistake as I did. But for a cash present it is perfect and would be fun!

We gave this as a gift to our grandkids and we had so much fun watching them trying to open them up for the cash......it was a great idea for a great gift !

I bought this because my daughter wanted it. I thought it was not what I had expected and kind of dumb. It is more for a very small school above 3 because it is small and they might try and put it in their mouth.
