Deli slicer oil.
Works great on the track of the slicer at work. Makes everything glide smoothly. Just a few drops is all it takes.

I use this on my cutting boards and my boiler motor
This is why the "Big Boy" use it. I won't bore you with all the parameters; you can look them up; I did. Start by downloading the MSDS. In its thicker formulations (above "100"), it seems to have a slightly different "feel" than the usual petroleum based oil but, as a lubricant, it works as well, has the same tenacity and the same temperature range. Or better. And it's non-toxic and breaks down when out in the environment. Most all of their products are rated H-1 (use food facilities) by the NSF and a few are rated H-3 (food contact) like this one. Not cheap; but what is your life worth?

Long lasting lube
I use it to lube my knife and strobe of the fixed angle knife sharpener. It last as long as the original victorinox' mineral oil does. Can't tell the slipperiness because this is not my focus nor can my usage feel.

Does the job
Works well. Used on lego trains and it does what it needs to do. Bottle constantly leak so it has to be kept in a ziplock bag to prevent any leaks or mess

Perfect for my needs
This was perfect for the co2 pressure regulator I use for my homemade seltzer! I also used it on my kitchen scissors. Good food-safe light oil.

Works well
Used it to lubricate my glide rails on meat slicer. It’s liquid but has a little thicker viscosity so it doesn’t drip off before you get it spread. Worked well for me
