First use....impressive. I do my own haircuts. This clipper is cordless and super quiet. Much better than all the corded brands I've used so far. Construction feels solid, but only time will tell. The trimmer, unlike the clipper though, is loud. I bought the set for haircuts mainly, so won't use the trimmer much. Overall, satisfied and would recommend this purchase. Will update review if the durability of the items suffers.

Works wonderful! It's quiet, and makes the job so much easier being. Cordless. I'm not a hairdresser, but I have seen enough hair being cut over the years so now I have been cutting my kids hair, my grandsons hair, and my husband and his father. The battery will last through all of them and still have alot of life left! Great purchase!! We love it!

Been cutting my hair for 4 months now, It’s not perfect yet but going there! so far so good! I had to cut my hair twice a month and It saved me bucks for sure!

I use these about twice a month to cut my boyfriend’s hair, and I’m really happy I went with them. I took a risk replacing my old Wahl clippers with a set from Amazon, but it paid off. You get cordless clippers and a trimmer for under $40, which is such a good deal. The blades cut super smooth and the accessories are nice to have on hand. I just hit the 6-month mark and they’re still working great—definitely recommend if you’re doing haircuts at home.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:great product. I use it to cut my own hair. Using a 4 on top, 2 on the sides, and 6 for bangs. (I'm a full time student on a tight budget but this saves me a lot of money, I can cut my hair more frequently, and I finish within 15 minutes, so I'm saving a lot of time as well.) super great.

I was so excited for this cordless hair clipper set. For years, I've had to cut hair where ever there was an outlet available, and often that meant being in poor lighting. This changed all that. I can cut hair where we I want, and position myself in the best lighting. It's a real game changer!The clippers are very easy to use, cut effortlessly without tugging, and the charge has lasted through 2 hair cutting sessions for a total of 4 haircuts in the past few months, with juice to spare.But here's where there's a problem: the clipper guards are pretty cheaply made. They are quite flimsy. At first glance they didn't seem to be much different than the ones from my old kits, except that they have metal on them. But they aren't as flexible, and the second time I cut my son's hair one of the teeth broke off. Thankfully not while cutting his hair, but while wiping them off afterwards. I didn't pull on the blades any differently than I do on my previous sets, and I never had teeth break before. I've had cheap sets and moderately priced sets over the past 29 years of cutting my family's hair, and none of them have ever had this issue. I feel like it really negates what is otherwise a great clipper set, because how are you supposed to use a great set with teeth falling off the guards? I'm experienced, but not professional, and I need those differently sized guards to taper my family's hair.It's too late to send the set back, but I am very disappointed.
