I love this cutter. Instead of one lever to try and pull in one fell swoop, you pump it. Much easier for those of us with arthritis and not much strength.

I bought this to make french fried sweet potatoes knowing one has to micro the potatoes for 1.5 minutes.When I put the individual potatoes in the slicer I was surprised find the handle is a jack action rather than one using a pulling action. This made the slicing a breeze and quick. The quality is also excellent. Very pleased with this purchase!!

Great product to make home made fries. It’s easy to cut through the potatoes you don’t have to push hard you just push the lever up and down and it cuts right through.. it does make the fries a little thicker like wedges but not an issue for me. Easy to clean.

This works well. Easy to use and appears to be soundly built. I would however recommend you microwave potatoes one at a time for 90 seconds. This softens up the potato, making use of slicer a breeze. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I bought it mainly to make French fries. Does it work as expected? Yes. However, my family and I don't find it very appealing; we seldom use it. It's somewhat difficult and inconvenient to use. When we opened it, there seemed to be a sticky residue inside the bottom, the nature of which is unclear. I suspect it's glue. We've had it for about seven months and used it only three times. Cleaning it is also bothersome. Although it does cut potatoes, I'm hoping to find a better option.

This product is easy to use, even with my MS. Great value and quality!

Works great. Way better design than the normal push method. This is down motion with a ratchet.
