Q: Is it supposed to have crack lines within the felt? I undid my entire roll and there’s a “stretch mark” look along the entirety of it. Quite unhappy.

The roll of self adhesive green velvet that I received did not have any cracked lines. I used mine on a reproduction of an old lap type writing box. I wanted Braize material but is not available in the US (at least that I could fine). I took a gamble on this material and for purpose it worked great. Very easy to apply and very smooth. Hope this helps.
