Return still not refunded.
I returned the product the day I received it because the backup cam did not work and steering wheel controls would not work. Needless to say directions were all but non existent. No drawing or anything. I just want my refund. It was sent back and it says it's on the way back but that has been over a week ago with no update.

Instructions in Chinese
Unable to install in truck due to instructions in Chinese. My installer was delayed in getting it in due to personal issues and return window closed. No way to contact seller now. I am stuck with a radio that can't be used.

Instructions would be nice
It's not too bad but programming is almost impossible they send very simple install instructions if your a novice you will have issues. There are no instructions on how's to set it up once it is installed have yet to figure out how to simple set the clock

Easy to install but a few bugs
3 stars. Fairly east to install, and a lot less expensive then other units. There is not much for instructions so you will need to know a little about your vehicle and car audio. Description says it is black but came silver. You can tell that it came from China because the wording in the menus are a little off but can make sense of it, the climate control temps are in Celsius as well. After I installed it I am not able to turn off my AC or my defrost. I have a email in to see if these minor issues are able to be fixed to avoid returning it.UPDATE: 4 stars. I was able to get climate controls to work by disconnecting battery and reconnecting. Manufacture is working on a possible software update to make the display show Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. The wireless CarPlay is an APP on the unit so when trying to use it for directions it pauses other app’s ie radio when directions are given. The Google maps app works fine with other app’s on unit.

How to wire the reverse backup Rear camera 2015 Chevy Silverado
The media could not be loaded. #5 and #6 wires are the Camera in the 20 pin Grey Radio Harness Connector. #5 Brown w/Yellow Stripe is + and the #6 White/Light Blue Wire is -I spliced the RCA yellow connector And connected the Bare Wire to the #6 White/Light Blue and the Insulated Wire to the Brown/Yellow Stripe and now the camera works. The red wire sticking out of the side with the yellow female RCA cable is the power wire giving 12volts when you shift into reverse in case you’re using an aftermarket rear camera, but it isn’t needed if you use your stock reverse camera. Also the radio connector on mine kept slightly popping out (not the long pin where it sticks in the actual aftermarket radio but the 90 degree adapter plastic connector that connects to the stock plastic antenna piece) so before installing your whole unit back in and screwing it all in, make sure backup camera works and radio catches stations or else you can hold the 2 plastic pieces together tightly while the radio comes in clearly and then just put a bunch of electric tape around the 2 plastic pieces to hold them together for a static free signal. A male yellow rca cable came in the kit that is used for aftermarket rear cameras and I plugged that male rca cable into the female yellow rca coming out of the aftermarket radio and then cut the male rca cable wire so that nothing would go wrong by cutting the actual female wire connected directly to the new android radio. You can Plug the 2 20 pin harnesses together and Look at the 20 pin grey stock Chevrolet harness Where you see the #5 wire and if you look at the aftermarket harness you will just see 2 holes at pin 5 & 6 showing you that it goes to nothing and the rear view camera signal wires end at the stock 20 pin grey connector since they go to nothing. You can just cut those 2 wires from your stock harness and strip the rubber to expose the wires and you’re ready to connect them to the male rca cable that you cut with scissors to show those 2 wires inside the black rubber of the male rca connector.

Something is missing!
Screen quality is great, cumbersome with BT music I thought and the main reason I purchased this was for the ( non existent) back up camera. though stated, was not included and that was with two tries.

Did Not Work after a professional installation.
Had this professionally installed and the radio did not function properly. Sent it back unfortunately I still had to pay for the installation and the de installation. Lost out big.
