The charger works well for 4 months with daily use. I've bought this same once twice hoping the first time it stopped working it was just a defective one. But the 2nd one just stopped working in the same time frame as the last - 4 months. Save your money and try a different one.

Stopped working in less than a month 🥴

It was working fine at first, then after about 3 months it doesn’t want to work anymore. I tried using other chargers and they work fine but slow charge, hence why I bought this charger to begin with. I don’t want to keep buying a new charger every three months or so. I’m not disappointed because it’s only $16 after tax but I do wish there was a better quality charger. The fit is perfect, the travelability is great the connection was alright. The durability just needs to be upgraded or improved. It’s still like new, no tears or anything. It just stopped working.

This worked perfectly for my Acer Chromebook Spin 514. I spilled tea on my desk and it ruined the connector for my charger. This one to the rescue! Greatly appreciate being able to order this at such a reasonable price (compared to a new Chromebook).

Edit: Seller was responsive and sent me a replacement no questions asked. Sometimes hardware is faulty on a one-off basis, and that might have happened to me. Part of my frustration was with Amazon's strange warranty claim policy. That has nothing to do with this particular item. The seller gets 5 stars for service, but I am not certain about the actual product yet. You should check other reviews and use discretion before you make this purchase. Original review with spelling fixes is below: I've had this charger for about 5 months and it is already falling apart. I thought it would be covered by standard US consumer warranty. Apparently you can't make a warranty claim outside the return window on Amazon? What a nightmare. The shielding is peeling off and there are exposed wires. The charger doesn't work anymore unless you position it 'just right', and then it only works for a few minutes. Probably because it's so touchy. I didn't use it heavily but any means. This charger mostly sits in my bag because I have plugs at home and at the office. The chord comes with a velcro strip that I use that to tie it about as tight as you see in this image. It's much less tight than it is in the marketing images. I don't think a reasonable person would say I abused this charger. It's just bad. It's a waste of money and wastefully uses plastics and metals for a product that doesn't last 6 months. Don't buy this.

Worked great! Durable, fast charging, and great value when I bought it. Unsure if price changed. Good size.
