So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

Holy moly, these work so well. I had been taking another brand which I loved but they were expensive and I found that I had to take a lot of them to get moving. But let me tell you I didn't even need to do more than 4 days of this stuff and I was cleaned out. And now to maintain, I only need one every few days. When I first did it I took one at night and then another one the next morning and the mornings after that. I highly suggest that you do it on a day where you don't have to go anywhere or can at least be near a toilet. And now I only take it in the morning when I'm going to be home all day because it works in a half a day, and the first time I did it I was woken in the middle of the night. The urge is not overwhelming, and there is light cramping to give you a heads up that you've got to go. But the cramping stops after you go so it is not an uncomfortable feeling. I can honestly say that I feel lighter and that I'm ridding my body of toxins. We can laugh about poop, but honestly it is so important to clean out your colon! And this stuff is great. And I so appreciate the good price. Those of us who use products like this spend so much money on health supplements. This is one I will now always have in my cabinet.

There's no way anyone can do this for 15 days straight! I took 1 pill. 10 hrs later, I was woken up from a deep sleep with the most painful cramps. I found myself glazed in sweat and nauseas. I sat on the throne, praying that I wouldn't blow out both ends at once. Thankfully, the release was gentle enough. I've spent HOURS today running back and forth to the bathroom. It definitely unloaded all the Memorial Day weekend food that had me bloated. Now my little pucker is on fire and I whine and cry when the urge comes on again. There's no way I could do this for 15 days straight. Maybe as a once a week cleanse with 1 pill, but not every day. It definitely works on cleaning you out. Start small and see how it works for you before following the directions and having your soul leave your body. For the price and effectiveness, I'd recommend giving it a try. I do feel better now that my body has purged everything dating back to 1984.

I’m on day 2 of taking this. I decided to start with one pill after reading reviews but I think I’ll take 2 tonight. I’ve been going to work with this thankfully I have the ability to take lots of bathroom breaks if need be. Usually the first hour in the morning I use the bathroom about 4 times but after that there’s not much going usually just some stomach noises from things shifting. I’m very backed up I’ve discovered after a trip to the dr 😂 so I’ve decided to take this to get things cleaned out so far it’s not bad but I with update after taking the actual dosage for a few days. I will do tho it does kinda make you feel a little crappy but nothing that’s been too bad for me anyway

I just got this product today and couldn’t wait to write a review, I only took one pill base that I was a little scared to get a bad reaction from the pills, It was arround 5:00pm and by 9:00pm without having any pain or bad reaction I felt I had to use the bathroom, and I couldn’t believe what I was seen, in just hours this pills was already cleaning my Colon. I purchase another brand before this one because the reviews were amazing, but it did the opposite it was constipating me. I am satisfied seen results already in only a few hours after taking the pill. I highly recommend it.

Got Damn!!!I’m sorry for my expression I took 2 3am this morning and went to the gym felt the cramps and had to leave I immediately smell doo doo I rush out the gym went home it was diabolical what came out of me my son kick me out my own house I don’t blame him I was mad at my self this is worth every penny this is just like the duck detox by Dr.Sabi I’m still on the toilet and it’s 5:15pm what ever you eat it will come out it doesn’t matter where you at it’s a coming.
