Lowers my stress level to have 2 sweet working solar controllers synced.
I like the fact I can stack 2 solar controllers to a single magnum inverter in my motorhome. 2 solar strings, different angles, need 2 controllers. After some fiddling, the 2 solar controllers are synced, producing mpp for each solar array. Batteries charge in no time. Kind of a dream system to have in a motorhome. I upgraded from a 12 volt rv hybrid inverter to a complete magnum 48 volt system is 👌.

Magnum does not fulfill their warranty
Have been trying for over 2 months for magnum to replace the PT100 for our solar system. Theyhave said twice that they were going to ship it but never have. This product was not bought from Amazon but a solar energy company, selling the magnum product. In order to not have to replace the entire system, I purchased a new PT100 from Amazon, so it is not they do not have them nor not able to service them as they have claimed. If that was the case, they should not continue to sell them. If you are looking for a solar system, do NOT purchase a magnum product.

Connections were nice and in the front
I have this for a month now and has not given me a problem. I just need more Solar panels, my current one is only 1000 watt system. My midnite kid went south and the pt-100 was its' replacement. Connections were nice and in the front. The kid was horrible, you had to take it all down and access it from the backside. What a pain. I hope this last a good long time since it was 800.00, pricey, very pricey!

Lasted only 5 minutes
The media could not be loaded. We installed this new 100A mppt from magnum and it worked for about 5 minutes then we heard a loud blast. The PV in voltage was 183v.I am unable to reach product support because I had this couriered to me internationally and do not have a US numberVery disappointing to say the least.

Solid performance
We did not purchase from Amazon however I have seen some reviews that, quite frankly, don't add up. First we are off the grid in very northern MT for 7+ years. We live here full time and have added panels to our system as we have lots of cloudy days. That past few days have seen temps well below zero and absolutely clear skies... Most solar people know where I'm going with this... Our panels are overproducing (189 vdc). The voc/panel is 40.7 vdc but with cold temps and brilliant sunshine and reflection of the snow our Magnum Energy PT-100 is faulting because of the overvoltage. So I need to go out and turn the pole mounted panels away from the sun for now. No biggy. We adapt to the changing conditions.

Stay away
This CC is finicky about the type of panels you use, and puts out a power code of P04 that basically means that it is dialing back power if it does not like your panels, or your set up .. If you talk to any suppler or the manufacturer, they will of course blame the panels, and your set up, even if you claim you put 3 different charge controllers with the same parameters as the PT-100, and had no problems, because they don't want your to return it, with a mark down.. Not to mention it is way over priced.. IDK about most people, but I can't have a CC that dials back allot of power when a load is put on my inverter, and that batteries need to maximum charging.. In my opinion, this is a way overpriced, under performing, over rated CC..
