Reset before use
Without reset it wont work, long press the switch for 5 sec to reset, for two switch use the left switch

Half of them don’t work when you receive the item. Alexa & Google Home having issues.
Don’t buy this. Half of them don’t work when you receive the item. Alexa cant recognise the item. Good Home also having issues. Customer Care don’t pick up the call. I bought total of 7 items and I have to request replacement for 4 of them. Tata Power EZ Home app is also not that good and user friendly. All of them stopped working in 6 months. Useless, waste of money and time

Excellent product
Perfect fit to Roma plates. Working as per the description. Easy to install and configure in app. Device Sharing with other family members is very easy. Bit expensive, but suggest to go for it.

Good Wifi Switch
Tata Power EZ Wifi switch is of good quality but it fades or turns off-white in a one year or so. May be because of non UV plastic used for manufacturing the switch body, but it will not become pale. It fits perfect with Anchor Roma modular switch board and it is very easy to install and configure with Alexa / Google nest if DIY. Just basic knowledge of electric wiring is needed. Only problem is after sales service if your switch becomes faulty. Very Poor, not expected from TATA's.

Excellent Product....
Excellent product and very easy to install. The Tata Mobile App is very user friendly and there are lots of features in the App. Only concern is the cost of the product...which is a bit on the higher side.

No service support
As installed the switch worked fine. It could be switched on and off through alexa or Google home. The seller claims 2 year of warranty. After ~15 month of installation, the switch is not working. It is getting hot and a shrill noise is emitted. I couldn't raise a service support through Amazon. I have raised service request in TATAezhome support page inputting all details from invoice number to part serial number. No response for more than 3 months

Did not even last 3 weeks.
Although switch is easy to install and pairing with app is a breeze, it did not even last 3 weeks. I've contacted TATA support and they promptly responded and picked up the defective product, let's wait and see how it goes. I will update my rating if things go well.

It worked well for a month, then got busted. Having trouble contacting service for replacement.
