I really love the flavor of the Concord grape, it literally tastes like a grape tootsie pop! The energy is good too, easy to make and lasts awhile!

Good low stim preworkout. Effective in reducing recover time.

One of my favorite pre workouts. Gives a decent boost. No itching or skin crawling sensation like others. Feel that it is slightly over priced tho. Have gotten it cheaper at gnc on several occasions.

My husband and I usually go to the gym around 5 am and with this pre workout we are good all day (5am-10pm) with no let down, no need for extra coffee or caffeine. You definitely feel the pump and we do get tingly, usually my cheeks and ears, his arm but once you start moving and lifting you’re good. We’ve been using this for a little over 1 month 3/4 days a week without heart concerns. I do wear my Apple Watch and check my HR and ekg on it often (and yes I know that’s not a normal ekg but darn close)

I'm now on my second order of this stuff and I absolutely love it. I wake up early to run and pre workouts usually make me gittery and are just way more intense than what I need for cardio. This is similar to a strong cup of coffee without the heaviness or having to wait for it to cool down.
