1st time wrapping, 4X5' was perfect on Tesla Model 3
1st time working with wrap and it's definitely not a professional quality install....but it looks pretty darn good from a few feet away. I had to do a lot of repositioning and when all was done it was stuck down really well. I was able to work out little bubbles with the squeegee. I did crease it in a few small spots and I royally screwed up wrapping over the edge near the windshield....but otherwise it turned out pretty good. 4X5 feet of material was perfect for the hood and I had some little pieces leftover that I put on the door handles. I did use a heat gun on the edge when wrapping it around the backside, that seemed to help a little. Otherwise just scissors, a knife, and a squeegee. I used magnifying glasses for trimming the door handles and a super sharp pointy knife....kinda scary initially but after a bit putting the knife on it wasn't too bad. It cost 30 bucks and was totally worth it, how long it lasts remains to be seen but it made the car look a lot different (you see white model 3's like....everywhere right?) Might have to wrap something on the wife's car now LOL!

Happy with it
Nice quality. First time doing it and definitely not perfect could have done better. Overall I am happy with. Heat gun is your friend but don't over do it. The vinyl is high quality. I was able to stretch it easily with the heat gun. Give it a nice heat bath after all wrinkles and bubbles are worked out to ensure it stuck down.

Good product for the cost
Before wrapping anything, first watch TONS of videos on how to do it. That is the biggest advice I could give anybody looking to try vinyl wrapping. This was my first ever wrap job. Since I aimed to wrap a fairly large area, I had a friend help me out. We had the right tools, took our time to do things right, and had open minds to learn along the way. Personally, it turned out much better than either of us could have imagined, and lots of people agree (some even thinking we had it professionally wrapped).Adhesion was okay, but could have been better. Stretches pretty good when heated up with a heat gun. Overall pretty easy stuff to work with, but wrapping around corners, such as the sunroof, took lots of time and patience. So far, it has held up nicely and seems to be durable, but this review was made after only one week of application. I also wrapped some interior plastic pieces, and those have been okay, definitely not adhering as good as on the roof.Overall, it is a good product for the price.

Great color and quality
I used this on the cowling for my motorcycle last summer. The look is is just what I wanted and it has stood up to a couple of thousand miles on the bike with no problems so far. The install was not difficult as I used a heat gun to form it over the curved part of the cowling.

True R Carbon Fiber 1.5ft x 5ft
Alright, let me start with saying that this is my first time wrapping anything. I don’t even wrap gifts lolWith that being said, I am completely amazed at how good this came out. Like, I really can’t believe I did this myself!I was very hesitant at first, but with a few DIY videos for tips..I’m extremely happy with the outcome. The negative reviews here talk about the adhesive, the vinyl becoming brittle, the vinyl getting wrinkled, but literally all of that could of been fixed with a handy dandy heat gun. Even a hair dryer. Some tips I learned and wish I could’ve read here were:- CLEAN YOUR ITEM THROUGHLY A simple wipe down with a microfiber won’t do the trick. Isopropyl Alcohol or clay barring will remove contaminants that would affect how well the vinyl sticks. Especially towards the edge or where you come to a fold.- ALWAYS USE A LITTLE MORE FROM YOU NEED once you measure out how much you need, cut off an inch or two more. This will help when you come across wrinkles, air bubbles, or “fingers” (big long wrinkles you can’t squeegee out) the extra vinyl, make it easier to pull up on your vinyl to squeegee anything out. It also helps when you pull on your vinyl, it prevents possible tearing. Also it gives reassurance that you’ve cut enough to be able to wrap properly around your edges folds or creases.- A HEATGUN/HAIR DRYER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND Use minimal heat. It helps if you pre-heat your vinyl before applying it to your object. It will become soft and stretchy so that when you apply the vinyl not only will it stick better but it will also become flexible and take the shape of your object. (Like curves, lines, etc) also, when you’ve come to an edge, applying heat there will cause the vinyl to naturally fall over the edge and will stick better.Did your vinyl get brittle? Apply heat!Did your vinyl get wrinkled? Apply heat!Do you feel like you didn’t cut enough and won’t be able to wrap around the edge? Apply heat and stretch!- DONT BE SCARED TO PULL OR LIFTThis is very durable material. But also don’t go to the extreme and over stretch.-KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON HOW VINY IS BEING APPLIEDIf an air bubble appears where you’ve just applied vinyl, it’s easier to pull back and work the bubble out, than to finish your wrapping and seeing an air bubble you missed located dead center on your object, making you basically unwrap your object halfway to get that bubble out Because you know it’ll bother you.You can use an old credit card or gift card (wrap the edge you’ll use with electrical tape to prevent scratching) or squeegee to assure the vinyl sticks to the entire surface. This also prevents air bubbles.- DONT FORGET TO POST-HEATOnce you’ve finished wrapping, apply heat to entire area you’ve wrapped. This is just as important as prepping the area you’re about to cover. Post heating will prevent the vinyl from trying to pull back and go back to its natural form. So with post heat you’ll know your wrap won’t lift or curl back. This is best with the heat gun, a hairdryer might be too weak for this one.I hope this helps! Enjoy!

Borderline Real, very nice carbon vinyl even for beginners.
Better than 3m 1080 and dinoc, more realistic. You really need to plan what you are wrapping to get the most out of the vinyl. If this is your first time using Vvivid's vinyl (it was my first time using their vinyl) Then you may notice that it's easy to apply and the air release technology is there. However: in some applications I feel like the adhesive is a tad weaker than 3m or oracal, not a huge deal, but it does make a difference in tight corners. This vinyl looks the most realistic at a distance and around curved surfaces. Use the tech art carbon for interiors for the most realistic look. This is great on spoilers, lips, and smaller things. I feel like the bigger the surface area, the less realistic it looks. It has a nice semi gloss coat and mild texture, unlike dinoc/1080. The carbon weave is fantastic, and definitely is high quality. This is my go to carbon vinyl for most projects. Don't hesitate to try it. It's cheaper than most of them out there.

Mountain bike worthy
I bought this to wrap my kid’s downhill bike. It was not easy to put on a mountain bike frame by any stretch of the imagination-but if you’re willing to be an absolute slave and do anything to make your kid happy-you won’t be disappointed by its longevity. Getting the air bubbles out and making the cuts to allow for such tight angles was not easy, but I made it work. If I still had the bike I’d take a pic to show you. He rode it half the season on whistler mountain in the bike park in expert level bike camp twice a week. That wrap held up better then the original paint did! Not to mention it looked cool, according to his buddies. I’m pretty sure it was the main reselling feature! Recommend you buy the spray to help install the wrap. And I recommend this wrap also.

Excellent carbon fiber wrap
For someone looking for a good interior or exterior vynl wrap at a good price this is amazing. Not too thick, can be stretched, self heal, good adhesion and looks amazing; not too glossy or matte looking. For the price. Quality is excellent. Better than those other non gloss "premium" vynl wrap

Easy to work, clean finish
This roll was enough to wrap my interior trim on a f32. Only thing I would recommend is finding a role that is longer the 1ft as the center console is longer than 1ft, but two cuts of the material line up perfectly so you can work around it. Sticks very well, can be worked easily with a hairdryer, no bubbles no creasing.
