Cod Liver in Natural Oil | 115g tinned with Oil | 100% Natural from Wild Cod x12

Absolutely love these. It's got a consistency of butter. Has a really mild taste. The oil is mild in flavour. Also the only problem is the last couple of times I've had these more than a few of the tins have been half empty more oil than liver. Not sure why this is. Maybe they're not keeping an eye on their manufacturing but recommend still healthy addition love spreading on toast or crackers or eating directly out the tin 😂

I can only echo the comments from other 5 star reviews. I was unsure if I'd like this but after watching Dr Berg I gave it a go. It really is creamy and it really is delicious with only a mild taste of fish. I now have it on subscription.

Too hearty for a person per can as it can get very oily, but nice to have during weekends to create some healthy, hearty snacks to share with family and friends. I got comments about my hair getting shinier!I throw away the oil, which is a shame. I am exploring how to make use of it as well!

Tasty, but some of the cans are only half full. Hopefully the rest will be full....

I just use it for sandwiches and salads. A good source of Omega3. I bought it on the recommendation of a friend as one of the important products for women. The taste is good, the amount is enough for one meal.I will recommend
